Info & FAQ
All you need to know to enjoy your weekend
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to bring ID?
This is an over-25s event, so if you’re lucky enough to look under 25 then you may be asked for photo ID to confirm your age.
Will I be able to buy merch?
Yes, but stock will be limited, so we recommend pre-ordering to guarantee your item, colour and size preferences.
What should I wear?
Anything goes! But remember, it’s an outdoor event. Comfortable shoes like trainers or boots are ideal, and bring layers. Daytime might be warm, but it can get chilly at night. A waterproof jacket is also a good idea, just in case. The Saturday night theme this year is "Light & Bright". Feel free to interpret it how you want and dress to suit.
Is the site secure?
The site is private and gated, with crew and stewards on shift during waking hours.
What time can I arrive?
This year, we are allowing campers to arrive from midday on Thursday so that they can get pitched-up and settled-in ready for the music to start at midday on Friday. Otherwise, if you're arriving on Friday then the gates open at 10am.
Can I bring my children or dogs?
No. This is a 25+ event. Children and dogs aren’t permitted on site.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Just get in touch via the contact form with the new details so we can update the guest list.
Can I pay on the door?
No. All tickets must be booked in advance. There are no on-the-day sales.
Can I get a refund or sell my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances (contact us).
If you want to transfer your ticket to someone else, you can do this via your personal ticket page (a link to this can be found in your ticket email). Please note that we do not handle the financial side of ticket transfers, so you will need to organise payment between parties yourself before transferring.
Do you sell day tickets?
Honestly, the best of Beat Bunker is the whole weekend. Three nights in the field, friendships that build by Sunday, and a crowd that only really lets go after dark, so a single day barely scratches it. Some years we release a limited number of day tickets and some years we don't, it depends. If a full weekend really isn't possible for you, get in touch via the contact form and we'll let you know what's available.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show the QR code on your phone when you arrive.
What’s the latest I can arrive?
The main gate closes at 9pm each night. Arrive before then.
Can I park on site?
Yes. You will be able to unload your camping gear close to the campsite and then move your car to the nearby dedicated parking area.
Can I park at my pitch?
Not directly. You can drive close to unload (weather permitting), then move your car to the parking area.
Where is the event being held?
Beat Bunker will be held near Bodiam, East Sussex. The exact address and directions will be provided to all ticket holders.
When does the site open and close?
Gates open Friday at 10am and close Sunday at 4pm. Full timings will be sent out closer to the event.
Where is the nearest train station?
Robertsbridge. It’s about 10 minutes away by taxi. Booking a taxi in advance is a good idea.
When do I need to be off site by?
Everyone needs to be off site by 4pm on Sunday.
Can I leave and re-enter the site?
Yes. You can come and go within gate open times, but re-entry checks will be in place each time.

Yes. One food van will be serving hot meals, drinks, and breakfasts throughout the weekend.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, bring your own. You can bring your own food and drink to your pitch, so feel free to stock up for the weekend. Just no glass, please, cans and plastic only. If you fancy a nice cold one without the carrying, the bar is on site all weekend and takes cash or card, and we keep the prices very reasonable. Grab a Beat Bunker reusable cup for £2 and reuse it every round.

Yes. But you’ll still need a full weekend ticket to access the event site.
Can I bring a gazebo or event shelter?
Yes, as long as it’s a sensible size and doesn’t block anyone.
Are there electric hookups?
No. There are no electric hookups on site, but there’ll be a few charging points for phones and power banks.
Can I stay over Sunday night?
Possibly. It depends on weather and conditions. Ask the team on Sunday if needed.

Yes, we have dedicated campervan pitches within the campsite. Just note there are no electric hookups or toilet waste disposal facilities, so come self-contained.
